Independent expert for fleet management and corporate mobility decisions.

20+ years of experience on both the financing and the operating side.

I don't represent a leasing company or a fleet management provider. I start from your company's own situation.

Situations that sound familiar

Not everyone looks at a fleet decision the same way: some care about capital tied up, others about risk, and some just want to know whether the system actually works day‑to‑day.

Your fleet is expensive. The real question is why.
A TCO analysis: what matters isn't the monthly fee, it's the total lifecycle cost. The difference usually doesn't show up at the start of the contract. It shows up at the end.

Your contract is expiring.
This is the moment you find out whether the last decision was actually a good one. It's also a good moment to rethink the structure, the suppliers, even the whole fleet strategy.
Are you sure the same structure is worth renewing?
Purchase, closed-end leasing, open-end leasing, or long-term rental? The option that looks cheapest at first glance isn't always the best one.
The lowest monthly fee isn't necessarily the cheapest.
You're building a new fleet or mobility setup, but there's no in-house expert capacity.
Tender and procurement preparation, building or reviewing a Car Policy, supplier selection.
You're not sure exactly when it's worth replacing a vehicle.
Life-cycle and residual value analysis: when maintenance costs start eating into the savings, and what the vehicle will actually be worth when you return or sell it.

I don't have three pre-packaged tiers

Sometimes a few hours and an outside perspective on a specific question is enough. Sometimes there's a defined project to see through: building a fleet strategy, switching structures, a TCO analysis, a Car Policy review. And sometimes it's worth thinking together over the longer term, because you don't need a full-time fleet or mobility manager, but an experienced outside perspective helps on a regular basis.

The shape of the collaboration always depends on the situation, not on a pre-packaged product.

knowing both the financing and the operating side

I started my career in 2001 at CIB Lizing, then continued at Hertz Lease and K&H Leasing Group. From 2012 to 2024 I worked at Merkantil Bank, where I moved from Sales Manager to Managing Director in corporate car financing. From 2020 to 2024, I also led the Fleet Committee of the Hungarian Leasing Association.

From 2025 to 2026, as CEO of Fleethub Mobility, I led a customer-focused organization providing premium fleet management services.

Today I work as an independent consultant, for SMEs and large companies alike.

My core expertise is fleet management and corporate mobility. Alongside that, I've spent years building sales teams, developing organizations, and reworking business processes, so I can also help with certain B2B sales and organizational challenges.
